Returns and Refunds

We really hope that you love your SLINKi(s) but if you would like to return or exchange an item you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense and we advise using a tracked service as we are not liable of any items lost in transit. Once your return is received and approved, your refund* will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Start a Return/Exchange

Please email info@slinki.co.uk with the following information:

Name / Order Number / Item code or colour / Reason for Return or Exchange Requirement.

All items must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging

*any original delivery charges applied to your order are non refundable, but if your return includes an exchange there will be no delivery costs attached to your new item(s)

If there are any faults with your product, please get in contact with us as soon as you receive your order via our email info@slinki.co.uk so that we can get a replacement to you as soon as possible. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
